1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them in this section, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "aaajii," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the aaajii platform accessible at aaajii.cam and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Platform" means the aaajii website, mobile-optimized web application, and all games, betting markets, financial services, and features offered thereon.
• "You," "User," "Member," "Account Holder" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the aaajii Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual account created by a User upon completion of the registration process on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the electronic balance held within a User's Account reflecting deposited funds net of bets placed and withdrawals processed.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, slot games, table games, bingo, specialty games, and crash games available on the Platform.
• "Sports Betting" means the wagering products related to sporting and other events offered through the Platform's sportsbook section.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and aaajii. By completing the account registration process on the Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all use of the Platform, including but not limited to: account registration and maintenance, deposits and withdrawals, participation in Games and Sports Betting, participation in promotions and bonus programs, and all communications with aaajii's customer support team.

These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by, and should be read together with, the aaajii Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the aaajii Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age requirement is a firm legal and regulatory obligation. aaajii will not knowingly provide services to any individual below the age of 21, and any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, with all funds held subject to applicable investigation procedures.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is operated with Filipino players as its primary intended audience. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. aaajii does not accept liability for any User who accesses the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted.

3.3 Exclusion of Certain Persons

The following persons are not eligible to hold an Account or use the Platform:

• Persons under the age of 21 years;
• Persons who are employees, officers, directors, contractors, or immediate family members of aaajii or its affiliates;
• Persons who are self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling generally under any applicable self-exclusion program;
• Persons previously barred from the Platform for any violation of these Terms and Conditions;
• Persons acting on behalf of any of the above.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the aaajii Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form. You represent and warrant that all information provided during and after registration is truthful, accurate, and not misleading.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the aaajii Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

aaajii is required to conduct Know Your Customer verification procedures to comply with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gaming requirements. You agree to provide such documentation as aaajii may reasonably request, including but not limited to a valid government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. aaajii reserves the right to restrict account functionality until KYC requirements are satisfied.

4.4 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for keeping your Account information current and accurate. If any information provided at registration changes, you must update your Account profile promptly. aaajii accepts no liability for any consequences arising from inaccurate Account information provided by a User.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

You agree to notify aaajii immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. aaajii accepts no liability for losses or damages arising from your failure to adequately secure your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been conducted by you, unless you have notified aaajii of unauthorized access prior to such activity.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

You may fund your Account Wallet using the payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. aaajii reserves the right to modify available payment methods and minimum/maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.

All deposited funds are held in accounts segregated from aaajii's operational funds, ensuring that your Wallet balance is protected at all times.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account has been fully verified pursuant to KYC requirements; (b) no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled; (c) the withdrawal does not trigger any additional verification obligations. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business hours.

aaajii reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount and any applicable processing fees will be as specified on the Platform at the time of your withdrawal request.

6.3 Anti-Money Laundering

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations, withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. aaajii is required to report suspicious transaction activity to relevant Philippine authorities and may delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where required by law.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

aaajii may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to Account Holders from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion, including wagering requirements that must be met before Bonus Funds can be converted to real-money funds available for withdrawal.

General bonus conditions include: (a) bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address; (b) aaajii reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at its discretion; (c) any indication of bonus abuse — including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, or any other manipulative behavior — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings and may result in permanent account suspension.

8. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each Game or sporting market, as published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the relevant game or market rules.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be cancelled by the User. aaajii reserves the right to void bets where: (a) a technical malfunction has materially affected the game outcome; (b) there is evidence of cheating, exploitation of software errors, or use of unauthorized automated systems; (c) the bet was placed in error due to an incorrect odds display caused by a technical fault.

aaajii's decision on all gaming disputes is final, subject only to applicable regulatory oversight. All Games use certified Random Number Generator technology audited by independent testing laboratories. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and RNG-based games are disclosed on the Platform.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aaajii Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software to access the Platform or play Games;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform;
• Attempting to manipulate or circumvent bonus or promotional terms;
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose without aaajii's express written consent;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform;
• Any conduct that aaajii reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Users.

aaajii employs continuous monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Detection of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the aaajii Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface designs, is the exclusive property of aaajii or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of aaajii.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aaajii, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failures; loss of data; interruption of service; or any other circumstance beyond aaajii's reasonable control.

aaajii does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free from errors or defects, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. aaajii's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit aaajii's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

aaajii reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Failure to satisfy KYC or age verification requirements;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or improper activity;
• At the request of the Account Holder;
• As required by applicable law or regulatory direction;
• Inactivity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months or longer.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons not attributable to a breach by the User, aaajii will return any verified real-money balance in the Account Wallet through a mutually agreed payment method, net of any applicable fees. In cases of Account termination due to breach, aaajii reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and recovery of any amounts owed.

13. Responsible Gaming

aaajii is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform is intended to provide entertainment, and aaajii acknowledges the risk of gambling-related harm. In accordance with this commitment, aaajii makes the following responsible gaming tools available to all Account Holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications and automatic logouts after specified periods of play;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum permitted losses over defined time periods;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform.

In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact aaajii's customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. aaajii will endeavor to respond to and resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct negotiation, the parties agree that any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

16. Amendments to These Terms

aaajii reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms and Conditions will be communicated to Account Holders via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with reasonable advance notice prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting aaajii's support team.
